    1,000 STUDENTS ENRICHED

Our hands-on S.T.E.M. microgreens and mushroom workshops have enriched over 520 New York City students, equipping K–12 learners with practical hydroponic and mycelium cultivation skills while fostering critical thinking and healthy eating practices.

  • Five students sitting around a table in a classroom, holding bowls of sprouted greens, with some microgreens on the table.

    17 K-12 SCHOOLS SERVED

We have partnered with 14 K–12 schools across NYC to bring innovative agriculture education directly into the classroom. Through engaging microgreens and mushroom programs, students explore science, sustainability, and food systems in a hands-on, impactful way. These collaborations help schools cultivate curiosity and empower the next generation of conscious leaders.

    124 LBS OF MUSHROOMS GROWN

Students across our partner schools have cultivated over 124 pounds of fresh mushrooms through Mi Oh My Farms' education programs. This harvest represents not just food, but a deeper understanding of ecology and the power of Earth’s medicine.
