Urban Farm Tours

Discover the magic of mushrooms, microgreens and aquaponics at our immersive urban farm tours, right in the heart of the South Bronx. Led by our passionate growers and educators, each visit offers hands-on learning, fresh tastes, and a behind-the-scenes look at indoor farming in action.

Participants will experience:

🍄 Mushroom & Microgreens Production – Get an up-close look at how we grow culinary and medicinal mushrooms + nutrient-rich microgreens using sustainable, small-scale farming techniques.

🌱 Hands-On Learning – Explore our hydroponic cultivation systems, both indoor and outdoor and see how we maximize food production in an urban setting. Learn more about our regenerative aquaponics system which is a closed-loop farming system where fish naturally fertilize our hydroponic crops. We raise fish whose nutrient-rich waste feeds our microgreens and mushrooms, creating a sustainable cycle that regenerates soil-free growing systems while producing fresh, healthy food.

👥 Meet the Farmers – Connect with the worker-owners of Mi Oh My Farms and hear how our cooperative model is building food sovereignty, fighting food insecurity, and creating economic opportunities in the Bronx.
