Our special farm tours invite you into our growing space to see how food is cultivated in an urban environment and to connect more deeply with the systems that nourish our community. From mushrooms and microgreens to composting, aquaponics and regenerative growing practices, each visit is designed to be hands-on, educational, and inspiring.

Mi Oh My Farms is seeking a Bronx-based visual artist to design and paint a mural at our urban hydroponic farm and education space in the South Bronx.

We are a worker-owned cooperative growing microgreens and mushrooms while delivering hands-on education to schools and community organizations across NYC. Our work centers food justice, cooperative economics, sustainability, and regenerative agriculture.

At Mi Oh My Farms, our Teaching Farmers travel across New York City facilitating hands-on, inquiry-based workshops focused on growing nutrient-dense superfoods like microgreens and mushrooms. These workshops sit at the intersection of science, food justice, environmental stewardship, and creative exploration—meeting students where they are while inviting them into deeper relationship with food and land.
